Leonida & Vice City: What We Know

GTA VI is set in Vice City, USA, within the fictional state of Leonida, described by Rockstar as "the state where anything goes" and "the sunniest place in America." The story follows a criminal conspiracy "stretching across the state of Leonida."

Rockstar's official site names six locations: Vice City plus the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park. Rockstar calls the game "the biggest, most immersive evolution of the series yet."
